Paul Hewett is the CEO of In Marketing We Trust, a data-native, AI-enabled digital marketing agency built around one idea: Discovery = Growth.

He works where data, AI, and marketing meet, helping organisations use intelligence systems to make better decisions, drive growth, and stay relevant in a world where machines now shape discovery.

Under his leadership, In Marketing We Trust has been recognised by AFR as one of Australia’s Most Innovative Marketing Agencies and one of AFR’s Best Workplaces. The agency ranks among Google’s top 1% of partners and is a Certified Google Marketing Platform Partner across APAC.

Beyond the agency, Paul serves on the ADMA Advisory Board, guiding the future of data and marketing in Australia, and the Asthma Australia Digital & Data Advisory Committee, supporting national digital health initiatives focused on data ethics and engagement.

He is also the Founder of Ortello.ai, a platform that helps brands manage how their data is interpreted by AI systems, and an Investor at two5one, supporting ventures at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology.

When not working, he is usually found with a guitar in hand, tinkering with gear he probably did not need, but definitely wanted.
